Good morning/afternoon everyone! I hope you’re all doing well today and had a great Mother’s Day weekend! This week is such an exciting week for me, and I cannot wait to watch it all unfold!

In this week’s blog post, I’ll be sharing/confirming some final details about my LLITS Styled Shoot, details about my next upcoming Styled Shoot, and then we’ll talk about what fun is coming for Ruhe Liebe this weekend! LLITS Final Reminders & Vendor List

Since there’s less than 24 hours before us Vendors and Models will be at the Skyroom in Moncure for Love Letters in the Spring, I wanted to go ahead and make a solid post for everyone to reference prior to arriving and things to know throughout the event! I’ll separate everything into categories so you can find the information you need a bit easier!

Vendor Arrival + Notes

Vendors, Models, and anyone else needing to be present for setup or hair/makeup will be allowed into the Venue starting at 11:00am. There is a loading dock towards the front of the building for any loading/offloading that may need done – for easier access. You’re more than welcome to drive up as close as (reasonably/respectfully) possible, but please be sure to be efficient and move your vehicles to a parking space once you’re done so everyone has a chance and ample time to do so, as well.

Please Note: Guests will be allowed into the space promptly at 3:00pm, so please be sure you arrive with enough time to complete your setup before then.

Guest Arrival + Notes

Guests will be allowed into the Venue starting at 3:00pm, followed by a brief welcome “speech” and tour. Please be sure that your remaining balance is paid in full by the time you arrive, as anyone who has not paid for their ticket in full will not be allowed into the event. Shoots will begin at around 3:30pm and will end about 6:30pm.

Please Note: Attending Photographers will be broken up into groups to allow ample time with each Model Group, and to help keep those Model groups from being overwhelmed with varying directions/prompts. Please stay in these groups and wait for the rotation to be called for before you switch to the next Model Group.

More Fun Coming this Weekend!

Once the dust settles from my Styled Shoot tomorrow, I’ll be prepping and preparing to Second-Shoot at a quaint wedding in Virginia for a fellow photographer, @brightandbloomphoto. I’m so excited to travel to my SECOND state for a wedding shoot, and am even more excited to meet and work with everyone the day-of! As many of you know, I’m more likely to be booked for other kinds of events, so while I’m a little nervous – I’m so happy and grateful for the chance at more wedding-specific experience.

I truly couldn’t feel more elated for all the fun things upcoming and that have yet to be planned or booked yet. It’s been so much fun moving more into the world of Styled Shoots and Events, and I can’t wait to see how this little journey of mine goes and all that I learn – and the people I meet – along the way!
