Good morning/afternoon everyone! I hope you’re all doing well so far this week! Today’s (a day late – oops!) Blog Post will be all about confirming the last bits of information for my upcoming Styled Shoot – Love Letters in the Spring, as well as sharing some fun details about future Styled Shoots I have planned for the near future! If you haven’t been able to tell, I’ve been having so much fun putting these together and truly think I’ve found my place in this industry between Photography and Styled Shoot Events.

Love Letters in the Spring – Final Details

If you’ve ever planned a Styled Shoot before (or really any event, honestly), you’re probably familiar with the constant changes and adjustments to different vendors, the timeline, etc. You know, how things will *actually* play out. So many details have changed for this shoot specifically – especially with it being a larger-scale shoot – and I want to make sure I keep everyone as up-to-date as possible through all of those shifts!

General Info & Timeline

• Date: Tuesday May 12, 2026
• Location: The Skyroom | Moncure, NC
• Price: $100 Deposit | $200 Total (remaining balance due before entry)
• Timeline:
  • 11:00am: Venue opens to Vendors, who are now able to off-load and start setting up materials, getting ready, etc.
  • 2:00pm: Vendors/Models finishing touches, prep for opening the doors to attendees/guests
  • 3:00pm: Doors open to guests. Quick welcome “speech” and tour. (Don’t worry, I’ll be quick!)
  • 4:30pm: First Rotation
  • 5:30pm: Second Rotation (Catering will come around this time)
  • 6:30pm: Final Shots, Clean-up
  • 7:00pm: All done! Thanks for coming!
• **Note: Catering will be determined by a minimum headcount required for the event. If this requirement is not met – a poll will be sent out to all vendors, guests, attendees, etc. to decide on a second option that works for everyone.

Closing Thoughts

I truly cannot be more excited nor could I feel more fulfilled by these events I’ve been planning. The fact that so many of you have been so incredibly supportive – I can’t even put the way that feels to me into proper words. I am already envisioning what the future of Ruhe Liebe will look like, and it looks so incredibly bright.
