Happy Monday everyone! I hope you’re all doing well so far today and had a great weekend (& happy Father’s Day)! I was finally off for an entire weekend (I know, the world might freeze over), so I was able to get some much-needed adulting done while I had the free time.

For this week’s blog, I wanted to go over the various Styled Shoots and other upcoming plans I have for Ruhe Liebe.Concepts. There’s truly so much planned, so I wanted to take the time to come on here and discuss all the stuff I have planned in more detail than can fit in your typical Instagram post. If you’re into Styled Shoots, Networking Events, etc. – this one is for you!

As always – find your comfiest seat, your coziest blanket, and your fave bevvy – let’s get into all of the fun ideas and details I’ll be bringing to life here very soon!

Sunset Destination Wedding Styled Shoot

My next soonest (& second ever) Styled Shoot! First; here’s a look at the basic date/time/location details –

• Date: July 7, 2026
• Time: 4:00pm-7:00pm
• Location: Carolina Beach, Wilmington area

This shoot is inspired by romantic and intimate beach weddings, set in the evening time to highlight that golden hour sunshine we all love and adore. The color palette – with tones of yellow, brown, and blue highlight the hues of the sun and ocean. Wood and gold polished accents – and a table-scape and picnic setting with lace cloths and rich brown cushions – bring a cozy, yet elegant vibe to the setting. All brought together with seashell and lantern accents and stationery details.

With a total of up to 6 models and 3 hours to shoot, this event was designed to mimic a small – yet intimate – wedding setting in the evening hours of the day for that extra romantic touch. Enjoy snacks, drinks, and a picnic meal all throughout the duration of the event – all while you network, gather shots for your portfolio, and (of course) get to enjoy one of the most beautiful sights that the Carolinas have to offer.

An added bonus for Vendors: Join me at my AirBnb for breakfast, coffee, music, and mingling before getting ready for the shoot!

Y2K Jean Editorial Styled Shoot

Again, here’s a look at the basic date/time/location details –

• Date: July 23, 2026
• Time: 2:00pm-5:00pm
• Location: Raleigh, NC (Studio Location)

This shoot is inspired by the ICONIC 80’s/90’s Calvin Klein blue jean photoshoots with various celebrities of the era – but with a highlight on that unique and nostalgic Y2K Editorial vibe. With up to 6 different models, multiple outfit options to choose from, and some of the most recognizable props and items for a fun touch (and of course, a good ‘ole pile of blue jeans). Set in an inside studio location in Raleigh, NC for more customization and control with lighting (and that sweet, sweet A/C) – you’ll have all of the space, models, and props you need to create your own iconic CK gallery.

While you’re there, enjoy various snacks, drinks, and the return of Haven Coffee to help you all stay fueled throughout the shoot. If you missed them, Haven Coffee (Zach and Kash) joined us for Love Letters in the Spring at the Skyroom – and I’m quite literally obsessed with them and their delicious menu. I’m so excited to welcome them back for this shoot, and cannot wait to see you all there as well!

Pre-Wedding Sip & Dip Styled Shoot

Here’s a look at the basic date/time/location details –

• Date: August 13, 2026
• Time: 2:00pm-5:00pm
• Location: Duncraig Manor (Raleigh, NC)

Inspired by the fun and giddiness before tying the knot, this Styled Shoot was made with both the good times and romantic one-on-one moments in mind. The first half of the shoot will be focused on the couple themselves, utilizing the indoor and outdoor spaces that Duncraig Manor has to offer – including a beautiful in-ground pool! The second half of the shoot is where the real fun begins – when all of the mock “guests” arrive to celebrate the couple and their unraveling future together. With props and details to add more personality and motion to your shots, your final gallery is sure to turn the heads of any potential clients considering you for their own special day.

In true Ruhe Liebe fashion – it wouldn’t be a real event without the food and drinks. Enjoy various snacks, soft drinks, mimosas, and other food and beverage items all throughout the afternoon to keep you energized and hydrated. (if you haven’t noticed yet, this is basically a giant networking party that you can get content at, and I really think you should come *wink wink*).

Mommy & Me Tea Party Styled Shoot

Get ready for one of the most meaningful and special Styled Shoots I think I’ll ever plan – including some very special guests! First, here’s a look at the basic date/time/location details –

• Date: August 24, 2026
• Time: 3:30pm-6:30pm
• Location: Duncraig Manor (Raleigh, NC)

As a huge Momma’s Girl myself, this shoot was designed to highlight the special bond between a Mother and her daughter(s) – and the memories we cherish as women (mothers and daughters alike). There truly are no words to describe the uniqueness and value of such a bond, yet this shoot was intended to just a bit of that to life – with an ode to the nostalgic and iconic 90’s Barbie/Princess Tea playsets that we all know and love. With special guests – Austy (of Duncraig Manor), Emily (of Emily McPartland Photography), and their daughters – this shoot truly is guaranteed to be a meaningful and magical time. Each family will have their own Tea Party setup with varying, but similar, colorways and set in 2 separate locations within the on-site pool and garden area. Photographers will be split into two groups, switching halfway through to ensure everyone gets to work with both families.

If you find yourself needing a break or small pick-me-up, feel free to help yourself to the food, snacks, and beverages (of course, including some delicious tea) provided by myself and various Vendors from all around the state of NC. This truly is going to be such a sweet and fun shoot, with such a special meaning, and I can’t wait to see you all there!

Soft Launches Coming Soon – September Styled Shoots

• Early September brings another Large-Scale Styled Shoot for you all! The theme/inspiration for this shoot is an All-Girls Slumber Party/Movie Night with a 90’s/Y2K theme.
• For late September, we’re slowing everything down with a Small-Scale Styled Shoot – with an authentically fun theme of Engagement Photos at the Bowling Alley/Arcade.

2027 Styled Shoot Series – First Look

Without giving too much away, here’s a first look into what I have planned for my 2027 Series of Styled Shoots & Events – as well as some changes to my planning schedule for this round!

• For the 2027 season, Ruhe Liebe.Concepts will be slimming down to 1 Styled Shoot per month. This is because the Styled Shoots and Events I have planned for this series will involve a bit of extra care when it comes to planning and details. You’ll see why very, very soon!
• As a heads up – because of the delicate nature of these shoots, as well as all of the planning and details that go into them – tickets will fall on the higher end of the price scale, ticket-wise, with a range of $200-$250 per ticket.
• Your hint for the upcoming 2027 Styled Shoot & Event Series: “Recognizing and celebrating various cultures and walks of life, from all around the world“

I hope you look forward to these shoots and events as much as I do! I’ve truly put everything I can into planning and putting these together for you, and I can’t wait to continue watching Ruhe Liebe (and the size, quality, intricacy, etc. of these events) grow and evolve throughout the process of it all! I feel so lucky to be able to do these for you, and even luckier to watch them be brought to life by some of my favorite and most talented people in the industry! I can’t wait to see you there!
