Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had an amazing weekend and were able to do something for yourselves or check some pesky tasks off the To-Do list!
This week is a very special week – because on Wednesday, I’ll be officially announcing my VERY FIRST full-scale Styled Shoot since going Solo in Photography a year and a half ago! If you know me, you know planning events is something I absolutely love to do. I’ve spent the last year and a half really taking the time to observe all of the things that make these events special and exciting for everyone, and I think I finally have what it takes to put on a really beautiful shoot for you all.
This weeks blog post will be centered around unveiling more details regarding my upcoming event, as well as sneak peek access to some discounted tickets! So, you know the drill – grab a seat, your favorite blanket, snacks, and beverage – and let’s get into it!
Styled Shoot Timeline – For Attendees
Starting at 11:00am sharp, my [absolutely wonderful and talented] vendors and I will be at the Venue to get everyone and everything set up and ready to go. Our projected start time will be 3:00pm, where I will first welcome everyone in, give a quick “tour”, and break attending Photographers, Videographers, and Content Creators into groups to keep the models from being overwhelmed. Here’s the timeline from there, moving forward;
- 3:00-3:15pm – Welcome “Tour” , Groups, Event Start
- 4:15pm – Photographer Rotation #1
- 5:15pm – Photographer Rotation #2 [Catering will arrive around this time]
- 6:00-6:45pm – Wrap-Up, Last-Minute Shots [Free-Roam]
- 6:45-7:30pm – Clean-Up, Departure
All attendees are welcome to come at any time and will be merged into the existing rotations as you arrive. If you arrive late and/or missed a rotation with a model you wanted to capture, please let me know. I will do my best to ensure you have enough time with everyone! The goal is to avoid unorganized chaos &/or overwhelming the model(s) with too large or small of groups at one time.
